What happened when we fall asleep? Why do we dreams? #justanopinion

Have you ever wondered where we are when we fall asleep? This intrigues me a lot and makes me want to express my thoughts more about it. In my opinion, when we sleep we are in a different world or it could be that we are all sent back to our birthplace or our origin where we belong. I could be wrong, but when we have a good dream the world that we see while dreaming is often heavenly, beautiful and sublime but this is opposite for the bad dream which is quite scary and montrous. These two different dreams are too complicated to think about but if we differentiate between good and bad dreams we can see that these two are on the opposite site to each other and the factors that affect whether we have good or bad dreams are our actions when we are alive. Good actions will lead to good dreams and bad actions will lead to bad dreams. But that is not always the case. We can control every actions in our lives but why can't we control our dreams? Wouldn't it be amazing if we can choose what to dream just like watching a movie? But I think there are something that makes us dream, the place where we belong to, our real origin. It is true that humanity is evolved on Earth but what happened could be that humanity in another planet was going end so we were sent to Earth from another to prevent humanity family from an extinction. The universe is big and the probability that there are many other forms of life in the universe is high enough to be reliable. And dreaming is the only connection that our original birthplace can use to connect to us. Although we might think it is our imagination which makes us dream, I believe it is more than that. Humans are not just made to live cozy lives or to die but we are made to inherit the humanity family. We all know for the fact that we are not alone in the universe (not because we have seen many movies about space and alien). The universe is big but the world with technology will eventually lead us to what we are looking for, maybe we will find our origin birthplace. Humans are sublime creatures, and I believe that everything that happened in the world is destined to be and that it is not just happened by chance.
